MARISELA RYLANDER has spent over 15 years working across multiple facets of human resources, including talent acquisition, HR business partner and compensation, bringing breadth and depth to front-line HR. Her career journey has led her experiences across many different businesses within companies like Time Warner Cable, Dell and HomeAway. HomeAway is a great marriage of her passion for travel, technology and enabling the business. In her latest role as global talent acquisition director, she is taking her learnings from her role as strategic HR business for product and echnology, to start molding her team’s success around a product mindset which includes thinking in terms of design principals and operating in an agile fashion. She is excited to play an integral part in HomeAway’s vision by differentiating HomeAway’s approach to engaging talent in the market. @homeaway
