Maryanne Lee
MARYANNE LEE is the director of customer experience strategy at LegalZoom, and a founding partner at RGLR Collective. Human insights surfaced in her work help to impact large-scale problems facing small business owners as they start and grow their businesses. Before joining LegalZoom, Lee led design research and strategy initiatives at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in global IT. She has presented at the Design Thinking Conference, Experience Design Week, and Austin Design Week, speaking and facilitating workshops on the application of design to the evolving definition of work, spending time meaningfully, and defining career paths. Most recently, Lee co-authored the article “Aha” Moments: Innovation of the Past for the UT Journal of Creative Design and Technologies, highlighting employees as key to product, service, and process innovation. @legalzoom
