MICHELLE HILGER is a Midstream manager at Phillips 66 who enjoys building and leading successful operational teams. She is a degreed industrial engineer and enjoys optimizing and solving problems. She has held many different roles in her 20-years at Phillips 66 and is currently leading the business transformation effort for Midstream. This is a unique and challenging opportunity that compliments her work style. Hilger enjoys mentoring engineers and participates in the company’s talent management team to develop talent. Hilger is married with four boys. Her spare time is spent volunteering and keeping up with extra-curricular activities.
