Monika Cox

MONIKA COX is executive vice president & head of global total rewards at Liberty Mutual Insurance. In her role, she is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of global employee rewards strategy and programs. Cox is a member of the company’s talent leadership team, bringing forward human resources strategy, driving business results through culture and employee engagement, and leading discussions related to rewards and benefits within the company and with its board of directors. She has extensive employee rewards experience at both public and private financial services companies, having held senior-level human resources positions at The Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, Chubb Corporation, Bank of America, and Goldman Sachs.
