SHANELL SNYDER is vice president of human resources in Fidelity’s Personal Investing business unit. She leads efforts that shape our organization and operating practices so that leaders are positioned to achieve their business objectives. Snyder’s primary goal is optimizing efficiency, strengthening collaboration, and driving sustained growth to ensure business agility and vitality. Snyder is a 13-year Fidelity veteran who has served in several key roles across human resources and agile transformation. Snyder recently served as global co-chair of Fidelity’s largest and most tenured employee resource group, Women’s Leadership Group, and remains a strong advocate for efforts to help women thrive.
