During her tenure at IBM, Prefach has also served in performance strategy and operations roles aligned to go-to-market campaigns, response lead management, automation, and data and AI. Prefach has over 10 years of experience in marketing creating high impact, user experiences that surprise and delight stakeholders at all levels, resulting in highly effective scalable programs that drive business outcomes. She completed her BA in psychology and business at the University of Texas at Austin, and an MS in information technology and MBA in business operations research from theUniversity of Texas at Dallas.
