TARA ROBERTS is vice president of products for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s (OCI) AI Data team. She leads product management and human-in-the-loop teams to develop quality data and compliant AI tooling and infrastructure for responsible, efficient AI development. She is passionate about solving customer needs and driving innovation through technology. Before joining OCI, Roberts led the planning, design, and management of Oracle’s artificial intelligence-driven applications, covering customer experience, enterprise resource planning, and human capital management. She also led the social data platform products team, focusing on social and unstructured data analysis. Before Oracle, Roberts headed up the Siebel Life Sciences product management team, which included development efforts for Siebel’s pharma, medical, and clinical product lines. She also worked as a consultant and a mergers and acquisitions analyst. Roberts earned a BS from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Roberts holds 12 US patents.
