Tracy Carmen-Jones

Tracy Carmen-Jones is a leadership coach to high potential and C-suite leaders, leveraging coaching best practices and real work experience to cultivate professional growth.  Carmen-Jones earned leadership coaching certification at Georgetown University and has demonstrated competencies at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level.   With strong consulting and corporate experience with The Mac Group, Compaq Computers (HP) and electric energy provider Reliant Energy, she has first-hand knowledge of the challenges leaders face in generating high quality results in ways that are repeatable, impactful and exemplify high integrity. Carmen-Jones works closely with coaching clients to focus the coaching engagement on tangible results that he or she is committed to achieve.  Genuine, engaging and thoughtful, she leans forward with clients and hones in on their words, perspectives and behaviors in the workplace. She uses a variety of coaching techniques to help clients notice and expand their view of themselves, how they show up and their influence on the work environment.
