Trey Boynton

TREY BOYNTON is the global lead for inclusion strategy & alignment at Cisco where she delivers on inclusion promises at scale. For Boynton, inclusion work is head and heart work centered on creating space so that everyone is valued, celebrated, and able to define their own success. In short, her ultimate goal is to reduce barriers to brilliance. She is devoted to helping organizations build culture as a collective experience. For nearly twenty years, she worked in equity and inclusion at the University of Michigan. In 2017, she shifted to the tech industry at Duo Security as their first head of diversity and inclusion. Her most important job is helping her two teen feminist daughters continue to be awesome. Any spare time left is spent reading Jane Austen and stressing about the San Francisco 49ers and Liverpool FC. She studied at Spelman College, Georgetown University, and the University of Michigan. @cisco
