Vandana Singh is the executive director for the global customer experience and programs at Dell. To this role, she brings her experience in business development, sales and customer operations, to drive proactive and impactful customer experience. During her 11 year tenure at Dell, Singh has held variety of roles in marketing, sales and operations, supporting public and LE customers. In her last role, Singh led the customer quality and reporting solution businesses, supporting global LE and public. In this role, she established a global support structure for the field quality program, improving our ability for sales support and customer outreach. Prior to Dell, Singh held roles in sales operations and marketing in Tektronix, India. She earned a B.S. in electronics and mathematics from Bangalore University and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University. @dell
