Mary Ellen Dugan is the executive director, global brand & advertising. She is responsible for leading the corporate brand’s go to market efforts. This includes the development and execution of the global brand campaign, as well as, the management of brand consistency across Dell. Additionally, she manages the internal creative team, who provide creative and strategic brand consulting across the organization. Prior to joining Dell, Dugan led the Activation practice at Landor Associates. There she was responsible for developing customized brand programs that drove business results, supported the customer experience and embedded the brand into the internal organization. Her work spanned a wide range of industries and included such diverse clients as; Allianz, CBRE, GE, Eastman Chemical and Verizon. She holds a bachelors degree from The Ohio State University and a MBA from New York University. She has also completed graduate studies at the London Business School.
