8:00 AM – 8:20 AM:  Get Organized

Studies show that decluttering and being organized can not only reduce stress, but provides peace of mind and improves your mood. In this session, organizing expert Jane Stoller will share her quick tips for bringing some order to the chaos. You’ll learn not only how to get organized, but strategies for staying organized so that you can lead a happier and healthier life.

12:35 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.:   Eating Well Mediterranean Style

The Mediterranean diet is often touted as one of the healthiest diets in the world.  With a demonstrated decreased risk of heart disease, reduction of bad cholesterol and studied lowering of cancer, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, it is a style of eating that is definitely worth exploring. This session will explore the key components, the flavor profiles involved and show how to create a delicious Mediterranean-inspired meal.
