Jessica Haskins will share her tips for how to address the hurdles we face to stay healthy in our busy lives. Healthy meal preparation, staying active while traveling or throughout the winter, preventative measures for cold and flu season, and staying active at work all help contribute to a healthy and happy lifestyle.
